Doctor Consultations
- Offline consultations can be rescheduled up to 2 hours before the appointment.
- No-shows without rescheduling are charged in full.
- Refunds for accepted cancellations are processed within 3–5 business days.
Dental & Medical Consultations
- Dental and medical consultations can be rescheduled up to 2 hours before the appointment.
- No-shows without rescheduling are charged in full.
- Refunds for accepted cancellations are processed within 3–5 business days.
Lab Bookings
- Lab test bookings can be cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- For blood tests and other diagnostic services, cancellations made within the allowed time frame are fully refunded.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
How Refunds Are Processed
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
- UPI and wallet refunds usually reflect within 24 hours. Cards and net-banking may take up to 5 business days.
